Our services
Individual therapy
Online or in-person, Individual therapy offers a supportive space to work through personal challenges and build lasting change. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches, therapy can focus on practical tools for managing current thoughts and behaviors, as well as deeper insight into how past experiences and relationships shape present-day patterns. This integrative approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.

Family therapy
In-person, family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that treats the family unit as a whole, rather than focusing on one person as "the problem." It's based on the idea that people don't exist in isolation — their thoughts, behaviors, and emotional struggles are shaped by (and shape) the relationships around them, especially within the family system.

Couples counseling
Offered online or in-person, couples counseling using the Gottman Method helps partners identify stressors, emotional triggers, and communication gaps within their relationship. Rooted in decades of research on what makes relationships succeed or fail, this approach focuses on building friendship, managing conflict constructively, and creating shared meaning as a couple. Sessions often include practical tools for improving communication, repairing after disagreements, and deepening emotional connection. Whether working through a specific rupture or strengthening an already solid partnership, couples leave with concrete skills they can apply long after therapy ends.

Payment Options
Private Pay
Private pay therapy appeals to clients because it protects confidentiality — no diagnosis is submitted to an insurer or stored in an insurance record — and it removes the need to prove "medical necessity," making care accessible for life transitions, relationship issues, or personal growth that may not fit a diagnostic code. It also puts treatment decisions in the hands of the client and therapist rather than an insurance reviewer, while offering faster access to care and your choice of provider, free from network restrictions or session limits. For many, this combination of privacy, flexibility, and control outweighs the added cost.
Coming in December, 2026: Insurance-Based Pay
Insurance-based therapy appeals to clients primarily because of cost: with a co-pay or coinsurance covering most of the session fee, care becomes accessible to people who couldn't otherwise afford consistent private-pay rates, especially for ongoing or long-term treatment. It also offers a built-in vetting process — insurers credential providers based on licensure, training, and background checks, which can give clients added confidence in a therapist's qualifications, and many people simply feel more comfortable using a benefit they're already paying for through premiums.
